ディグった日 2026/09/04もともとハードロック、クラシックロックを中心で新宿小滝橋通りにあった伝説の「新宿レコード」ですが、2017年に中古レコード中心のお店としてサブカルの聖地下北沢に降臨。下北沢駅前と言うこともあり新宿駅からのアクセスは以前よりむしろ向上しています。w 小さめのお店ですが、黄金時代(60-80年台)のロックの名盤をオリジナルの英国盤や米国盤、日本盤はプロモなどのラインナップで取り揃えています。またどれも盤質が良いので、レコードの出所を聞いたところ、コレクターと業界関係者等から直接譲ってもらっているとの事でした。また、レアな盤も結構多い理由も納得です。 一見強面の店長ですが、声をかければもともとは制作側のレコード会社出身と言うこともあり、購入時のアドバイスは元より、場合によっては裏側の面白い話をいろい聞かせてくれます。(色々な本での執筆なども多い様です。) アーティストのサインやレアな写真やポスターなども置いてあり、それだけでも一見の価値ありです。
